Where are you located?
We are in Woodland Village, Cottage #6, located in Clermont NJ in Cape May County.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Because our products are hand poured at the time of your order, please allow 3-4 days before your order is shipped out via USPS, which takes typically two to seven days depending on location.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Sorry, we do not and the reason being is because International shipping can be quite costly for the consumer. Therefore as much as it pains us to say it, you would be better off ordering within your own country.

What is this shop's return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, unless it was damaged from shipping. We will however work towards a resolution if you are unhappy with your product. Bottom line is, if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and be a return customer who spreads the word about our products.

How do I burn my soy candle properly to make it last as long as possible?
The wick should be trimmed to ¼” or so each time before lighting. This will give you the best burn performance. Also, soy wax has a memory and should be allowed to achieve a full melt pool on its very first burn. If it is extinguished prior to allowing a full melt pool, all subsequent melt pools will not go past the first one. To create a full melt pool for the very first burn, the candle should burn for a minimum of one (1) hour for every inch of its diameter. All future burns should then follow the first one's paths. You should not allow your candle to burn more than a couple of hours at a time without trimming the wicks because if a wick gets too long, it cannot draw wax all the way up to the top of the wick and the wick itself will start to burn, rather than the wax. Therefore, you're not going to get the best burn performance from your candle. If you want to burn it longer you should extinguish the candle, then trim the wicks carefully and relight it.

What kind of burn times can I expect from my Soy candles?
After much research and testing, we have found that the most honest answer to that question is not necessarily what you might read elsewhere on the internet. Many candle companies will claim longer burn times because those candles were tested  in a "test box". The test box creates a perfect environment for the candles to burn in. It protects the candle from drafts, allows just the right amount of oxygen in, and often the candle is refrigerated to give it the maximum burn time. Obviously, this testing process is very unrealistic unless you plan to burn your candles in the refrigerator? We perform our burn tests in a normal environment, the same places you will be burning yours. We will test burn them for a couple hours and we always trim the wicks before lighting again. We have found that a true, honest answer to this question is between 4-6 hours per ounce of the candle.

Why don't you use dyes in your products?
We pride ourselves in keeping our products as natural as possible.

How well does soy wax clean up if spilled?
Unlike paraffin, soy wax is easily cleaned with warm soapy water. Which is why our containers are easily cleaned up after the final burn, and can be re-used in any way you may like.

Will you be adding new fragrances to your line?
Absolutely! We spend many hours testing fragrances for their quality and throw properties and will only sell those that we are sure are of the highest quality. Keep checking back for new & seasonal fragrances!

Tips for candle safety?
- Always keep a burning candle within sight.

- Extinguish all candles when leaving a room or before going to sleep.

- Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep burning    candles away from furniture, drapes, bedding, carpets, books, paper, flammable decorations, etc.

- Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.

- Do not place lighted candles where they can be knocked over by children, pets or anyone else.

- Trim candlewicks to ¼ inch each time before burning. Long or crooked wicks cause uneven burning and dripping.

- Always use a candleholder specifically designed for candle use. The holder should be heat resistant, sturdy and large enough to contain any drips or melted wax.

- Be sure the candleholder is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface. This will also help prevent possible heat damage to counters and table surfaces and prevent glass containers from cracking or breaking.

- Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.

- Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents, ceiling fans and air currents. This will help prevent rapid, uneven burning, and avoid flame flare-ups and sooting. Drafts can also blow lightweight curtains or papers into the
flame where they could catch fire.

- Don't burn a candle all the way down. Extinguish the flame if it comes too close to the holder or container. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when a ½ inch remains in container.
